RTM and RMC Companies
RTM and RMC company management software.
A Director Portal for the board, the company’s officers register, and Companies House filing dates worked out from the company’s own dates.
The Director Portal
- Its own sign-in. Each director of the right-to-manage or resident management company signs in to the Director Portal, greeted by your organisation’s name.
- What the agent holds, in totals. Inspection findings and whether work was raised for each, the building’s statutory checks and where each stands, the duties on track and breached, the budget by schedule, and the evidence on file.
- Never flat by flat. A director is also a neighbour, so no unit’s charges, arrears or evacuation needs are shown.
- Seats follow the register. A director’s login is for a current director on the company’s officers register.
Company Secretarial
- The registers. The company’s officers and members, and the board’s minutes, each set kept as the signed-off document.
- Filing dates, worked out. The confirmation statement, the annual accounts — 21 months after incorporation for the first — and officer changes, each due date derived from the company’s own dates. Nobody types a deadline.
- Checked against Companies House. Where your plan includes the Companies House connection, what the public register says is compared with what you hold, and a difference is applied one field at a time.
- The client and the appointment. The company you act for, and the appointment that authorises you to act.
What It Does Not Do
- It does not file at Companies House. It says what is due and when; the filing is made at Companies House.
- The Director Portal shows totals only. A director who is also a leaseholder sees their own flat in the Leaseholder Portal, with their other login.
The Law
- Companies Act 2006, s.853A — the confirmation statement
- Companies Act 2006, s.442 — when accounts must be filed
- Companies Act 2006, s.451 — the offence for every officer in default
- Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, Part 2, Chapter 1 — the right to manage
The software records what was done and when. It is not legal advice.
