Signing In to Your Portal
Leaseholders, residents, directors and concierge desks are invited by their managing agent. The invitation email holds a link to set your own password. It works once, and expires after 7 days or the period your managing agent set.
A posted invitation gives the web address and a one-time code instead. The code lasts 30 days.
Forgotten your password, or the link has expired? Press Send Me a New Link on your portal's sign-in. A new link goes to the same email address, and nobody in the office needs to do anything.
Your managing agent runs your building's records, and we cannot see them.
